Vermont Mozart Festival
Production Details
This renowned annual event presents 18 shows in multiple venues over a tightly-packed three week period during the summer, managing hundreds of musicians, thousands of attendees and multiple production crews. Many of the venues are outdoors, and because of the unpredictable weather of the northeast, alternate indoor locations that can be set up at a moment’s notice are part of the planning process.
General Dynamics
Production Details
This large, diverse corporation routinely conducts management meetings that range in size from 30 to 500 participants and have themes that span the gamut from formal business events to a carnival-like atmosphere for award ceremonies. Message impact and seamless execution are critical elements of these events, both of which figure prominently in Parlato Production’s planning process.
Burton Snowboards
Production Details
Burton is a hip, trendy company with equally trendy sales events. As a consequence, events are often conducted in beautiful, sometimes quirky, but always challenging locations. The need to balance, lighting, sound, and content with the unique characteristic of the location is of paramount importance.
Middlebury College
Production Details
Middlebury is a large educational institution. For a critically important awards and fundraising event, it was crucial to convert two large sports arenas into classy dinner venues. After dinner the same locations had to be converted from a high-class dinner facility to a dance hall, all within a tightly constrained period of time. Each conversion required radical modification of sound, lights and design.
Virtual Meetings
Production Details
On many occasions, face-to-face events simply aren’t feasible due to cost, difficulty involved in assembling the right people in one place, time constraints, and a variety of other reasons. The next best thing is to conduct a virtual gathering which, if done properly, can be every bit as impactful as a live event. Parlato Productions has designed and conducted hundreds of virtual events for a broad range of event types, managing every element of the overall process: telecom infrastructure, end-point devices, bandwidth, speaker preparation, audio, lighting, and connection management.
